Shipping and handling
Our team treats every order as a top priority. Daily we ship hundreds of products to happy customers around the world. Because many of our warehouses are located internationally, delivery times may vary, and next-day delivery is unfortunately not available.
Processing time:
Once your payment is received, your order is immediately forwarded to our suppliers for verification, quality inspection, and secure packaging. This preparation stage usually takes 1–4 business days.
Shipping time:
After processing, your order is shipped from the warehouse to your destination. Delivery typically takes 10–15 days. In some cases, factors such as weather conditions or other logistical circumstances may extend the shipping time beyond 15 days.
Tracking:
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the delivery status directly on our website whenever you like, here is a link to your tracking page. Please note that while most shipping carriers provide tracking updates, this service may not be available in every case.
